CMA greenlights Nomu listing of 3 companies

Riyadh – Mubasher: The Capital Market Authority (CMA) passed the requests of three companies to trade their shares on the Parallel Market (Nomu) of the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul).

Osool and Bakheet Investment Company intends to list 18.51% of its share capital, while Mulkia Investment Company plans to offer 20% of its total shares.

In this regard, Osool and Bakheet Investment would float 1.50 million shares on Nomu, while Mulkia Investment would trade 1.30 million shares.

Furthermore, the CMA greenlighted Paper Home Company’s request for a direct listing in the parallel market.

It is worth highlighting that the three approvals were issued on 21 June 2023, according to bourse disclosures.
